PROVIcare

PROVIcare is a 5 phase, fixed fee service designed to keep businesses up and running efficiently and effectively. Businesses, often being reactive versus proactive, spend a lot of time developing procedures and practices designed around helping their clients, which is good.

What is bad, is that most businesses don't really assess the impact these new technologies can have to their own business. Will the "new system" actually work with their current system? What happens if it crashes? Who provides backup support? There are dozens of questions like that.


PROVIcare is the answer to these questions.

Fixed Fee Maintenance Plans

In today's economy it is important to extend the life of your computers. Preventative care is one way to do this.

Ad hoc service can be fine for some customers but the issue with this type of service is that at times you will hit spikes due to unseen circumstances. To help smooth out or eliminate these spikes, we have 2 maintenance service level plans.

Monitoring a systems error logs, anti-virus, and malware protection software can shed light on whether a system may be at risk. If this monitoring reveals problems steps can be taken to alleviate or minimize system downtime. By taking these preventative steps you can salvage a computer system which in the past you wold have had to replace.

These yearly preventative maintenance agreements allow you to pay a fixed monthly fee for each PC you want covered. Both plans provide for improved level of response then the normal ad-hoc service and have preventative service levels built in. In addition we will setup remote access so that most troubleshooting can occur over the internet without the need of making a service call out to the customer location.

PROVItection costs $25 per computer and provides semi-annual checkups and a response time of 2-3 hours. PROVIactive costs $45 per computer. Compared to PROVItection however, the response time is shorter, 1-2 hours and PROVItection allows for monthly system checkups.



Backup Strategies

We provide not only local comprehensive backup solutions, but also off-site backup solutions. Our solutions take into consideration the critical nature of your information, and we create a detailed plan to handle disaster contingencies. Then working with you the client we make sure that you understand the strategy and feel comfortable in its implementation. We will also follow up on a regular basis to test the backup strategy and to make sure things are working as intended.

Generally, most of us tend to have incomplete strategies, if we do have a strategy, to handle our backup needs, we typically have never validated whether our backup strategy will ever work, doing a test restore exercise to see if our backup actually restores.

No Hassle

PROVIsafe takes the hassle out of setting up a backup system. With PROVIsafe you can avoid or minimize this downtime and lost revenue. PROVIsafe is a comprehensive backup program where we come in, analyze your current business data usage and storage structure, and determine the critical nature of this data.

We then provide you with a complete backup strategy plan which outlines not only how the data will be backed up but most importantly how that data and computer system will be restored should a system failure occur.

Additionally we will validate that the backup strategy is working by simulating a system failure and following the plan to restore the system to full functionality.

PROVIsafe is completely monitored and maintained by us and as our customer you can focus on your business and customers. On a monthly basis we will verify that the backups are operating properly and adjust the system based on changes in your business operation.
