On-Site Service
Our On-Site Service gives you the flexibility of a technician around the corner!
If you are experiencing trouble at home or the office, we can get you up and running, often within hours of your call. Our regular rate is $100 per hour.
Whether you are having trouble with your printers, network, malware, viruses or your system won't boot at all, give us a call.
If everything is working fine, but you would like to network your computers together, share files or printers, or need to upgrade your systems, we can analyze your current setup and share our recommendations with you. Whatever you need we can provide it!
Local Area Networks
A properly set up Local Area Network (LAN) allows documents and printers to be available to everyone in your environment.
Setting up Local Area Networks help to minimize and lower your office costs. Instead of buying a printer or backup device for every computer in the office, a LAN allows you to share these devices amongst the networked systems.

24/7 Monitoring
If you have critical servers or workstations that need to be up, then our 24/7 monitoring service is for you. Should your server go down our system will notify us day or night so that we can respond quickly to the issue.
We'll also be able to monitor the servers health, virus and update status. So if a critical service fail, or virus and system updates fall behind we can remotely take action and fix the problem.
Remote Access
Remote access, allows us to support a computer or server via the internet without having to make a special trip to the customers office. The biggest advantage by far is that your operating costs go down immediately, as for 30% of the possible issues a site visit may not even be necessary
Once we install the software, it will also allow you to gain access to your office computers from a remote location, like home. This comes in handy when you are at home and can log to your computer at work and run applications such as QuickBooks, or prepare reports for the morning.
