On-Site Service
Our On-Site Service gives you the flexibility of a technician around the corner!
If you are experiencing trouble at home or the office, we can get you up and running, often within hours of your call. Our regular rate is $100 per hour.
Whether you are having trouble with your printers, network, malware, viruses or your system won't boot at all, give us a call.
If everything is working fine, but you would like to network your computers together, share files or printers, or need to upgrade your systems, we can analyze your current setup and share our recommendations with you. Whatever you need we can provide it!
Local Area Networks
A properly set up Local Area Network (LAN) allows documents and printers to be available to everyone in your environment.
Setting up Local Area Networks help to minimize and lower your office costs. Instead of buying a printer or backup device for every computer in the office, a LAN allows you to share these devices amongst the networked systems.
We can help you network your systems together, whether they are Windows based, Linux or Macintosh computers, we can set them all up to communicate and share printers and data in a convenient and cost effective manner.
Training
One of our most sought after services, is one to one customized training. We will sit down with you and help you get through just about any software related issue.

Virus and Malware removal
Malware removal is one of our most prevalent on-site calls today. We have become experts at quickly diagnosing and removing these troublesome programs. Even though users have an active anti-virus they are clicking on links which install some type of malware on their computer which bypasses the virus check.
If this happens it will take a professional from The Providers to remove and clean your computer so that it is working in tip top condition.
8mm-Super-8/VHS/Video Tape to DVD Conversion
Are your most memorable moments on outdated media? Did you know that with each viewing, and as time passes, tapes degrade and lose quality or the machines that run them break? Don't allow those memories to be lost forever.
Now you save space and add new life to that footage by converting those VHS or Video tapes into high quality DVD format. These DVDs can be played in any DVD player or PC. The Providers offers an affordable service for only $18 (per hour of VHS footage). You can have extra copies made to give to family and friends for special occasions, and for a drastically reduced price (only $10 per copy).

Remote Access
Remote access, allows us to support a computer or server via the internet without having to make a special trip to the customers office. The biggest advantage by far is that your operating costs go down immediately, as for 30% of the possible issues a site visit may not even be necessary
Once we install the software, it will also allow you to gain access to your office computers from a remote location, like home. This comes in handy when you are at home and can log to your computer at work and run applications such as QuickBooks, or prepare reports for the morning.
Computer Recycling
The Providers are accepting old and used computers for electronics recycling! There are many benefits to recycling your old computer equipment, as opposed to just throwing it away.
If you throw your old computer equipment in the garbage, personal information stored on your hard drive could be retrieved. By recycling your computer through The Providers, we will perform a low-level format of your hard drive, eliminating all data and making it irretrievable.
Recycle and lower the impact on the environment
Computer electronics are harmful to the environment and should be disposed of properly.
We will also recycle each and every component (Processor, RAM, Hard Drive, Power Supply, Case, etc.), and dispose of non-recyclable parts in an environmentally friendly manner.
The cost is $25 per Computer System (We are able to recycle used PCs, Printers, and Monitors). You can drop the equipment off at our office, or give it to us while we are at your home or business performing on-site computer service.
